For families we will provide detailed CVs/profiles, and for Candidates
we will provide details of the Clients that we feel best meet your
requirements, after we have conducted an interview with you. After a
placement is made we provide ongoing support to both clients and
candidates and should you have any questions or queries please do not

Whether you are looking for a Live-in or Daily Nanny, complete the
CLIENT REGISTRATION, giving us as much information as possible which will ensure that we only forward details of the most suitable candidates.
We will contact you to discuss your requirements in detail and to understand your expectations of the Candidate
as well as any specific requirements that you may have, e.g. special
diet, etc.
There is no registration fee, only a placement fee should a
suitable candidate be placed with your family. (See
Terms and
Conditions)and contact us to know our
fees.
We will then discuss your position with candidates
that we feel may be suitable, and we will email details of those that
express interest – This way you know that the details that you receive
are only of candidates already interested in the position that you
offer, thus saving you time and the annoying process of selecting
unsuitable candidates.
At this point, you can choose to either telephone
interview or meet up with any of our candidates. Once the interviews
have commenced we would then contact you and the candidate for
feedback. If both parties are interested in progressing further
we would suggest a second interview, i.e.. to meet the children and go
over the finer details. If the position is offered to the candidate
and the candidate accepts we will then discuss Contracts, National Insurance and any other questions you may both have.
We Check:

The identity of each nanny against her driving licence, passport or birth certificate.

The reasons for any gaps in their employment history.

Qualifications and experience.

Criminal Record Check.

Two references to confirm the competence and suitability.
We can also supply bilingual nannies (English, French, German,
Russian, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin, Tagalog, being the most commonly requested
languages from the bi-lingual nannies)
Seasonal Holiday Company Nannies (usually for Summer or Winter seasons, usually between 3 and 6 month contracts)
